Organic Coconut Sugar

Coconut Products

Description

Coconut sugar is a premium, all-natural sweetener made from the nectar of the Coconut Blossom (Coconut Flower Sap). The flower sap is gently heated and condensed until it forms a solid crystalline texture. While its fine, golden-brown crystals resembles traditional brown sugar, it has a richer more caramel-like taste making it an effortless substitute to cane sugar and can be used in baking, beverages, and cooking.

It has a lower GI value, thereby causing a slower and more gradual rise in blood sugar levels when consumed. Unlike refined sugars, our coconut sugar retains essential minerals, antioxidants, and a touch of dietary fiber, offering a healthier, more wholesome way to sweeten your favorite foods.
