Our 100% natural and certified organic Coconut Cream is made from fresh, hand-picked Sri Lankan coconuts. The kernel is gently cold-pressed to extract its creamy, nutrient-rich milk. The main difference between Coconut Milk and Coconut Cream is in its concentration and consistency. With a fat percentage of 22% our Organic Coconut Cream has a thicker consistency and therefore a more pronounced coconut flavour.
